2 weeks ago, my band and i played for about 400 amazing fans at Berlin’s Kesselhaus in the legendary Kulturbrauerei. the evening was presented by Florena, who used my song “Side of the Road” last year in an advertising campaign, and were so happy with the response to the song that they decided to organize a whole concert evening for my fans. this was quite nice of them.
my band and i played almost 2 hours, and it felt like we could have played another 2. this concert was the only full-band show for 2011, since i’ll be working on completing a new studio album for release in 2012. the night at Kesselhaus was a fantastic way to say thank you to all the fans and friends who have been so supportive of me since my arrival in Berlin 2 1/2 years ago.
over the coming months, i’ll post videos of me writing new songs, recording demos, working in the studio, and other updates. anything i have to share with you, i’ll post here or on Facebook. so, please check back often, as i’ll try to always have something new and even possibly interesting.
